Botan Rice Calrose (2 Lbs)
1-12 cups Botan calrose Rice and 2 cups water in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil reduce heat to low and simmer covered 20 minutes, or until moisture is absorbed. Remove from heat let stand covered 10 minutes. Fluff with fork and serve. Makes about 4 cups cooked rice or 6 (23 cup) servings. Note: If using an electric rice cooker, combine 1-12 cups rice and 2 cups water in electric rice cooker pot. continue as directed by the rice cooker manufacturer.
